Statement before the Bundestag – Draft law to improve the framework conditions for background checks under aviation security law

On the occasion of the planned amendments to the Aviation Security Act, which were finally passed in March 2020, RA Frank Dörner was asked, based on his expertise, to prepare a statement to the Bundestag on the amendment of the law.
